Renters are aware that each property sets its own Reservation, Refund, and Cancellation Policies. A Michigan Thing, LLC recommends that renters ask for and receive a written notice of the policies from the advertiser. A Michigan Thing, LLC is not responsible for the refund of rental fees for any reason.

Property owners are responsible for investigating and adhering to all local regulations including, but not limited to, permits, licenses, occupancy taxes, and safety compliance.

A Michigan Thing, LLC does not condone or tolerate SPAM. In fact we hate it! A Michigan Thing, LLC reserves the right to cancel (without refund) any advertiser that mentions A Michigan Thing, LLC or any of its associated web sites, URLs, or any associated AMichiganThing.com email address in any SPAM e-mail message or Usenet posting. A Michigan Thing, LLC is the sole judge in determining what constitutes SPAM.

Advertisers - If the operators of AMichiganThing.com are unable to provide the promised level of service for any reason, including, but not limited to service outages, war, acts of God or negligence, neither A Michigan Thing, LLC or its owners can be held liable for any costs beyond the prorated costs paid by the client for the services which were not provided. A Michigan Thing, LLC does not guarantee that the AMichiganThing.com web site will be available 100% of the time. This Agreement shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Michigan, any and all disputes shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of Grand Haven, Michigan.
