Make Michigan Your Spring Thing!

The last three weeks we have transitioned fully into Spring. Unlike our usual transition, there was still snow on the ground as we wore shorts outdoors for the first time. The grass is now a lush green and if you could see Lake Michigan, you would marvel at how clear the water is. From the Pier in Grand Haven you can see the bottom of the lake. It is a beautiful green and blue hue and the winter thaw has finally given way to the sound of waves hitting the beach again! It's been a while since we heard that sound!

You may think of Michigan as your summer thing, but I can assure you the local traffic has already picked up as weekenders are making their way into the quaint Lakeshore communities bringing with them their families and the spending dollars.
